refund policy
1. digital product policy
TorchMyPage sells digital services including AI-generated roasts, copy fixes, and 24-hour sponsorship placements. Because these are delivered digitally and consumed immediately upon generation or activation, all purchases are generally non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
2. eligible exceptions
We will consider refunds in the following cases: duplicate charges for the same order, billing errors caused by a platform or payment processor fault, or verifiable technical failures where the purchased service was not delivered at all.
Dissatisfaction with the content of a roast or fix is not grounds for a refund, as these are AI-generated opinions and results may vary.
3. sponsorship slots
24-hour sponsorship placements are non-refundable once the slot has gone live. If a slot fails to activate due to a technical error on our end, a full refund or re-slot will be offered.
4. request window
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and must include your order ID, the email used at purchase, and a description of the issue.
5. processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
