TorchMyPage provides AI-generated public website roasts and premium copy fixes. By submitting a URL, you confirm you have the legal right to submit that website and its content for public roasting.

3. public content

Submitted URLs and generated roasts may be displayed publicly in feeds, the Hall of Shame, archives, and promotional materials. By consenting to public posting at submission, you grant TorchMyPage a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content.

4. accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. TorchMyPage is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access.

5. acceptable use

You may not use TorchMyPage to submit URLs you do not have rights to, harass or defame individuals or businesses, violate any applicable law or third-party rights, attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the platform, or submit harmful, obscene, or illegal content.

6. payments

Paid features (fixes, sponsorships) are processed via third-party payment providers. By purchasing, you agree to their terms as well as our Refund Policy.

7. intellectual property

AI-generated roasts and fixes are owned by TorchMyPage. You retain ownership of any original content you submit.

8. liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. TorchMyPage is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

9. changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
